Mindfulness exercises Emotional Freedom Techniques is a form of counseling intervention that draws on various theories of alternative medicine including acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming, energy medicine, and Thought Field Therapy.

Fees: ₹ 299 +GST (<₹ 150 per hour+GST)

Schedule: 13th & 14th June, 3pm-5pm

Age Group: 7+yrs

Duration: 2 sessions of 1 hour each
